Privacy policy

Visita is a service of Notus Research LLC operating visit pages on behalf of churches. When you submit the form, the church you chose and Visita (as its provider) receive what you wrote.

What we collect

Only what the form asks: your name (if given), one contact method (WhatsApp, phone or email), the service time you chose, and — on the prayer page — your request. We also keep the exact consent text you saw, the date, and basic technical request data.

What it is used for

What the form says: sending you directions, a visit reminder, and messages from the church you contacted, via Visita. We never sell or rent your information, and it is not shared with other churches.

To measure and improve the ads of the church you contacted, we may send your email or WhatsApp number in hashed (encrypted) form to the ad platform that showed the ad (Meta). This never applies to a phone number you gave us to receive text messages (SMS) — see the text-messaging section below. This helps the church avoid paying for irrelevant ads; it does not give your information to other advertisers. If you'd rather we didn't, write to privacy@notusresearch.com and we will exclude you.

Text messages (SMS)

Text messages are governed by the text-messaging privacy policy. Numbers you give us for SMS are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to privacy@notusresearch.com. You may request a copy or deletion of your data at the same address.
